This policy explains what information TheFarmDrone ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this site only.

Information we collect

Details you give us. Your name and phone number when you request a callback.
How you reached us. Campaign information from the page address (such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers), the referring page and the page you landed on. This is kept in your browser for the visit and sent with your callback request.
Technical information. Our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the time of each request to deliver the site, limit abuse of the form and keep it secure.

We do not ask for payment details on this site, and we do not use it to collect sensitive personal information.

How we use information

To call you back and discuss, quote and deliver drone mapping services.
To understand which advertising or referral brought you to us.
To protect the site and the form from spam and misuse.
To meet legal obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies of its own. It uses your browser's session storage to remember campaign information during your visit. Security tools provided by our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary to tell people from automated traffic.

Service providers and third parties

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests, including the callback form.
OpenStreetMap supplies the map images in the service-area section. Your browser requests them directly, so OpenStreetMap receives your IP address.
Tools we use to receive and manage callback requests, such as a customer management or messaging service, acting on our instructions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

How long we keep information

We keep callback details for as long as needed to discuss and deliver the service and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it;
request a copy of it;
ask us to correct or delete it;
opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
not be treated differently for using these rights.

To make a request, contact us as described below. We may need to confirm your identity, for example by the phone number you gave us. You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Do Not Track

Because this site does not track you across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
