These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by TheFarmDrone ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

The site describes our agricultural drone mapping services and lets you request a callback. Requesting a callback does not create a contract. Any survey or other service is provided under a separate agreement that sets out the scope, price and timing for your field.

Prices

Prices shown are starting prices in U.S. dollars and are for guidance only. The final price is confirmed for your field before any work begins. Laboratory analysis and other third-party costs may be charged separately.

Maps and information are not agronomic advice

Maps, images, figures and examples on this site show relative vegetation differences and point to areas that may deserve inspection on the ground. They do not diagnose crop disease, pest or nutrient problems, and they do not prescribe treatment. Decisions about your crop should be made with a licensed Pest Control Adviser (PCA), agronomist or other qualified professional.

Some images are examples. Where an image is marked "Simulated" or "Illustrative", it shows a possible outcome and is not a record of an actual survey result.

Acceptable use

Give accurate information when you request a callback, and only your own details or details you are authorized to share.
Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit automated or bulk requests.
Do not copy the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, imagery and maps, belongs to TheFarmDrone or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Map data in the service-area section is © OpenStreetMap contributors and used under its open license. You may view the site and share links to it for your own, non-commercial reference.

Third-party links and services

The site may link to or load content from third parties. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or that its content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheFarmDrone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, crops, data or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold TheFarmDrone harmless from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms. The effective date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
